Starring: David Tinson as King Rufus Maggie Ollerenshaw as Wilma Wishbone

Debbie arrives in a creepy forest and hides in the bushes as a mysterious looking woman sweeps past.

T-Bag is despairing of T-Shirt, when he comes up with the suggestion of getting a pet. T-Bag refuses flatly.

Meanwhile, King Rufus is happily playing his lute with his dog at his feet in front of a cosy fire. He sings:

Now it would appear that my life is complete.

With a Fa-la-la-la-la-la.

As I sit by the fireside warming my feet.

With a Fa-la-la-la-la-la.

I've got all I could need,

But I'd gladly confide

That there's nothing as nice as a friend by your side.

So keep your fish and froggy,

Your hamster mice and moggy.

They are not much cop.

I would happily swap

Suddenly the doorbell rings. It is Wilma Wishbone the sorceress. It turns out that the king has placed an advert in "Witch" magazine, and Wilma has come to fill the post. Rufus explains that since he got a dog, he no longer needs a sorceress, as he has all of the companionship he needs. Wilma is furious that she has been usurped by a dog, so she banishes the dog from the kingdom with the spell:

By my candle, book and bell,

I shall cast my wicked spell.

The dog you love and hold so dear

Will vanish. So be gone from here!

She then tells Rufus that he will come crawling on his hands and knees begging her to come back so he won't be lonely any more.

Meanwhile, T-Shirt is still going on about getting a pet. T-Bag then goes to catch up on her beauty sleep.

King Rufus wanders sadly through the forest searching for his dog, sadly playing the lute:

Now it would appear that my life is in tatters,

Fa-la-la-la-la-la-la-la.

I must find my doggy and that's all that matters.

Fa-la-la-la-BOO HOO HOO! (breaks down in tears)

He starts to call for his dog. Debbie caomes out of the woods and introduces herself. She then offers to help him find the dog and tells him that they can search for what they are after together.

Wilma arrives back at her cave, seething about being turned away.

T-Shirt hears a scratching at the T-Room door. He opens it and the dog walks in. He decides to keep the dog secretly.

Rufus and Debbie arrive back at the castle. Rufus begs Debbie to stay with her. She agrees.

T-Bag calls T-Shirt from the bedroom and then starts sneezing uncontrollably. He decides to hide the dog in the T-Room.

Wilma sees that Rufus has invited Debbie to stay by looking in her book. She seethes with rage and goes to get revenge.

Debbie is explaining to Rufus about the bells. He realises that the only person who has mentioned the bell was Wilma. He decides that the only way to deal with her is to go in armed with sword and shield. He goes to get them.

Wilma appears behind Debbie and tells her that she is an old friend of the king. She gives Debbie an apple which she eats. The king comes back and Wilma rejoices and tells Rufus that Debbie will sleep for a hundred years. Debbie falls asleep. Wilma tells Rufus that she will only wake if she is kissed by a Prince.

T-Bag is sneezing her head off in the T-Room. The curtains are drawn in the T-Room, so she goes to draw them. She finds the dog behind them and she tells T-Shirt that she must be sneezing because she is allergic to dogs.

She sees Wilma with the bell outside her cave in teh saucer.

T-Bag goes to talk to Wilma and asks for the bell. Wilma laughs in her face. Wilma roots T-Bag to the floor and then turns her into a broom and sweeps the floor with her. T-Bag then tries to get around her with flattery. She flatters her into letting her look at the bell, book and candle. T-Bag steals the bell and banishes Wilma. King Rufus turns up and tells T-Bag that Debbie is asleep for a hundred years. T-Bag follows him to see for herself.

Back at the castle, T-Bag rejoices at Debbie's downfall (again) and then T-Shirt turns up with the dog. The dog goes up to Debbie and licks her hand. Debbie awakes and asks where the prince is. It turns out that the dog is called Prince.

T-Bag shows the bell to Debbie and then sneezes. The bell flies out of her hand and Debbie grabs it.
