This costume was Tabatha Bag's main costume. It was used for two series ("T-Bag and the Pearls of Wisdom" and "T-Bag and the Rings of Olympus"), and two Christmas specials ("T-Bag's Christmas Ding-Dong" and "T-Bag's Christmas Turkey"). It is made from silk dupion in three different shades, with a metallic embroidered net overlay, and metallic shot trim and girdle. The trim and girdle are both extensively decorated with lame applique flames/leaves, embroidery stones, braids and pearls drop beads.

Interestingly, the choker in the sketch is different from the choker that was actually used (see the description page for this costume in the costume section), with a much simpler choker being favoured. Another interesting piece of trivia is that the sketch shows position in which the tiara was supposed to be worn (around the plaited bun on T-Bag's head, rather than across her hairline).
